Intellectual Property Rights, include all copyrights, design rights or patents in the design of brand identity, photography, video, and other documents supplied or produced by, for, or on behalf of Hunter Studio and remain in the ownership of Hunter Studio. All content is licensed to the CLIENT ONLY. Other parties must purchase a separate license. An exclusive usage, in perpetuity license, is granted for all Real Estate media projects to the agent/agency only.

Unless specified in the Real Estate Media package pricing, travel will be recovered at $1+gst per kilometer. The distance is measured from 2/5 Reynolds Place, Papamoa, and includes the return trip.

Any external suppliers such as pre/post-production, printing, sign writers, illustrations, copywriting, or manufacturing costs are not included in the above fees and will attract a 20% management fee should you wish Hunter Studio to commission this work on your behalf.

Hunter Studio confirms the below exclusions from the project scope of work unless stated in the fee scope. If and when required, Hunter Studio will provide detailed costings for external production and will seek client approval before proceeding. Accommodation, Illustration Costs, Font or Imagery Purchases, URL Purchase Costs & Hosting, Copywriting, and proof-reading, External Print Production, Renders, animation, motion production, and Additional rounds of amends of presentations other than what is stated in this document.

To commence work Hunter Studio requires confirmation by written authority, form submission, or accepting quotes via email.

Real estate media projects include one round of revisions per project. Any additional revisions will be charged at our standard post-production hourly rate of $120+gst per hour. Any additional work outside of the agreed project scope will be charged at our standard post-production hourly rate of $120+gst per hour, per person.

Hunter Studio requires full payment on completion of Real Estate media projects. The payment method is prompted upon media download. Invoices will be issued within 7 days of the project's completion. Payment terms outside of this must be agreed upon before project commencement. Late payments will incur a 20% fee, incurred monthly. After 60 days collection fees will apply. All fees supplied are GST-exclusive.

If a project is likely to be delayed for 30 days or more, Hunter Studio will invoice for completed work to date. A ‘delay’ is defined as no opportunity for Hunter Studio to continue work on the project due to the client or stakeholders' action/inaction/placing the project on hold.

If the project is terminated at an early date by the client, the client must pay Hunter Studio in respect of work undertaken at the stage reached by the time of termination. – Cancellation up to 7 days before shoot day will incur a management fee of 15% of the total shoot fee, and/or be deducted from the amount refunded. – Canceled 24 hours or less before the shoot will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total shoot fee and/or be deducted from the deposit refunded. – Shoot postponement will be at Hunter Studio’s discretion and availability.

We understand that weather is a large factor and will not charge any postponement or cancellation fees due to weather changes up to the shoot day.

Hunter Studio is not a cleaning or property styling company. Our job is to capture the property in the best way possible, not modify it in any way. Should properties not be ready upon arrival we have the right to cancel on the spot with a 50% fee.

Hunter Studio shall not be responsible for failure to resolve errors in artwork or proofs submitted to the client unless they have been clearly corrected and noted. Hunter Studio will endeavor to meet agreed dates for undertaking and completing works. Hunter Studio will not be liable for any loss to the client that may emerge from a delay in the delivery of outsourced production.
